To reduce risks in project and program management, we provide targeted support throughout the entire project lifecycle. We identify and analyze inadequately designed processes, review project manuals, and take technical dependencies into account at an early stage. Another key focus is the clear distinction between the agreed scope of delivery and additional, billable change requests. We also assess requirements specifications, functional specifications, and detailed concepts for completeness and feasibility. Our controlling goes beyond cost and scheduling — we also evaluate functionality, quality, and actual project progress. In addition, we advise management or participate in steering committees to ensure transparency and enable well-informed decisions.
